NEW International Shipping Policy- Orders shipping outside of the 48 intercontinental United States including Alaska & Hawaii or International will be shipped via USPS standard mail (6-11 days) at no additional charge unless Priority Mail (approximately 5 days) including a tracking number is specified in the comment field at check out. Additional shipping charges will be invoiced separately prior to the order being shipped. International Priority Mail shipping charges range from $25 and up depending on the delivery destination and size of the order. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks processing time for international orders. Return/Exchange Policy: We believe the products that we sell in our boutique are made to the highest quality of standards. Each item we sell was individually selected to give you a unique variety of merchandise exclusive to our store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are available by e-mail or telephone to answer any questions you may have prior to or after placing your order. Custom Products including but, not limited to all rhinestone and crystal embellished/inscribed/encrusted items (excluding headbands, hair bows, beanies & hats) are made per order and can not be returned unless there is a quality issue in which you may exchange the item with the manufacturer at their discretion no later than 7 days from receipt. All other products are final sale and can only be exchanged for the exact same item if there is a quality issue (prior to wear/use and with tags attached and/or in the original packaging). However, we strive to make your business with us a pleasant experience and if we are at fault for the error, we will be happy to resolve any issues that may arise within 7 days of receipt. This policy excludes correct orders and/or merchandise damaged by the consumer due to negligence and/or misuse of the product. Select Sale and Clearance Items are final sale with no exceptions.
