These bags are 100% cotton (except for trim) so they can be washed in cold water on a delicate cycle and air dried. Extensive wash testing has been done and there has never been any problems with the rhinestones falling out. However, as with any product that has rhinestones, beading, sequins, etc this is always a possibility. If you are concerned with this, spot cleaning is always an option. Please note that Oilcloth is not machine washable, so the changing pads should be wiped clean. On the Diaper Clutches, the Oilcloth portion is removable so that the compartment section can be machine washed.
